LICENCES: Our Company and Team are fully licenced.  All our technicians have achieved a minimum of Certificate III in Urban Pest Management with additional qualifications in Termites, Fumigation and Bird Management.

OUR TRAINING AND CONSULTING SERVICES: Pest Education Services & Training (PEST) is a registered training organisation.  Our knowledge and experience will serve your pest management needs at the highest level. PestConsult is a pest management consulting business.  Our research and investigations continually updates the quality of our services to you.

OUR SERVICE COMMITMENT AND PROMISE TO YOU: The use of chemicals will always be our second choice.  When chemicals are used, we will always use the least toxic product to achieve the most effective outcome. When you telephone us with a pest issue, depending on the urgency of your needs, we will be on site as soon as possible. We commit our Team to servicing your pest management needs on a twenty four (24) hour, seven (7) day a week basis.

All requests for service in line with the individually tailored to your needs Work Procedure, between scheduled service dates, will be actioned for no fee. All service reports will be typed and emailed to you in a H.A.C.C.P format within 48 business hours. Our professional, respectful and courteous approach will be sustained through integrity.

All our work will be undertaken in strict accordance with applicable Acts, Regulations, Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, chemical Manufacturers Label and Safety Data Sheets.
