Quality Pest & Weed Solutions was founded after identifying the need for a Pest Management Company to service corporate clients with a focus on prompt, professional and proactive service that utilises Integrated Pest Management strategies. We provide pest management services to Federal, State and local Governments, Commercial, Rural, Industrial, Domestic and the Mining sectors. Quality Pest & Weed Solutions has achieved success through continual professional development and innovation by utilising the skills, experiences and expertise of Pest Education Services & Training.

MARK SHEPPARD is a fully licensed Pest Management Operator and Fumigator, a qualified Certificate IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor and has achieved competency in all units of the Asset Maintenance - Pest Management Training Package.  Mark is also qualified as a Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems.  Prior to Mark’s involvement in the pest management industry, Mark was employed in various roles, gaining extensive experience in senior management, business development, national operations development and international business negotiations for over 25 years. Marks expertise is based on the servicing and implementation of systems in commercial business, servicing of major corporate accounts, marketing and business development.  Mark is often employed as an “industry expert” in disputes, legal actions and insurance claims and invited to speak at National and International Conferences. Mark is personable, pragmatic and passionate about customer service and solving pest problems which equate to quality and value for money solutions for all our clients.

FIONA SHEPPARD has over 15 years experience in services marketing.  Fiona holds a Diploma of Teaching and a Master of Business Administration and was awarded the Western Australian Club Prize for achieving the highest score in Business Strategy for her graduating year. Fiona is qualified as a Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems and recently obtained a provisional pest management licence.  Fiona is responsible for managing administration, accounts and quality systems. Fiona is committed and upholds our client values and service promise to you to ensure we deliver the highest level of service to all our clients.
